This is amazing footage of an amazing time to be a New Yorker (Native NYer here!). I'm so happy that you didn't "upconvert" the footage to HD; you preserved the aesthetic and authenticity of the era by keeping the video exactly as it was filmed. I know this video was posted almost 8 years ago, but I hope you consider converting more VHS to digital. Your archives are important and must be preserved for ever.

It is great to see all the people I recognize from my early dayz in NYC. I would be able to pay my rent due to the shows I played there. I started in 1983. With bands I would create mostly one off shows. Venny and the varicose veins. Color entertainment.Five Fish.The Beard Band. Nois bois. Noize Boize and others. It was a great and creative place to be. I made jewelry and art that I sold at ONA. Ave. A was great!

Jimmy was not as this portrays him... very intolerant and violent person. That said, Brian (RIP) was the best manager that I've worked with.

Probably a very dumb question, but are you creating anyof this in real time? Sort of an Xbox Kinect idea, with that being the input and then having the digital art program run around it? I hope I'm not being insulting, it's just that the beginning of this fits together so well, and I've noticed the same other "real time" scenes. I wasn't sure what of the basic scenes are recorded and which, if any, aren't before you add your artwork to it. Thanks.
